Today I am so excited to share some exciting news with all of you, my Kale family…
This Thursday, September 20 starting at 19h, the wonderful Braden and Laura of Verjus Wine Bar & Restaurant will be hosting the first official evening of kale in Paris!
If you are able to stop by for a taste of kale and un verre de vin, that would be great. I realize it is short notice (as are the ways of the produce world) but this will be the first of many Paris kale experiences to come.
That’s so great! I only have one problem. I won’t be there yet. Maybe they will do a repeat in November? Nudge nudge wink wink. (One can dream!)
Hopefully in November there will be another restaurant with kale as well!
