Kale & Coffee @ Loustic

April 1, 2013 By Kristen

L1001678

If you haven’t tried the new Marais coffee shop Loustic, tomorrow is a good day to do so.

The Kale Project (as in yours truly) will be preparing a raw kale salad, baked kale chips and kale pesto tartines as part of Loustic’s offerings all day tomorrow. Sur place and for take-away.

If you can’t stop by, make sure to check out Loustic. The owner Channa, is the most passionate person I’ve ever met when it comes to coffee, so a fantastic cup is guaranteed.

More updates to come on Facebook and Twitter on when The Kale Project will be at Loustic in upcoming days, so be sure to follow.

Loustic
40 rue Chapon, 75003
Open 7 days a week!

Love it! I land tomorrow at 10:30 am (and have an “emergency” bunch of organic kale stashed). Save a tartine for me!

Nooo… Once I got home, something else came up. Hopefully, you’ll do more of these events and I’ll catch you next time. Craig told me your kale pesto is yummy! Will you be sharing the recipe?

So pleased to think of Kale having a proper home in the center of town. It looks divine, and properly placed in the window, too!
