National Kale Day 2013 – which I am now calling (Inter)National Kale Day – was a huge success. Thanks to everyone to participated!
The Superfoods Café celebrated with a festive sign, a delicious soup and salad.
And of course a big thanks for Laura & Braden at Verjus for volunteering to host the first ever National Kale Day. There was a great turnout and the food was spectacular (as always).
It’s not very often that you see a kale-themed menu somewhere – let alone in Paris. Everyone was quite content sipping fantastic wine and munching on kale chips.
