I’m so excited to announce that The Kale Project is part of next week’s Yelp Winter Food Festival! Being allowed to participate in this event is a huge honor as we are amongst the awesome company of other businesses like Sugar Daze and Cantine California. In many ways it is a proper coming out for the Project in the Paris food world and a lot of work is going into this – so my fingers are crossed that all works out. Plus it means 300+ French people that most likely have not had kale before, so in dorky advertising speak, we’re reaching a lot of “non-users,” with the hopes of turning them into users! I promise I’ll come up with a cuter kale version of those terms someday.
Plus, I’d like to give a special thanks to La Cuisine Paris for letting us use their facilities in preparation.
I’ll be sure to report back on how it goes!

Hi Bill, How nice to hear from you! Did my dad send you towards this site?! The last time I saw you was in 1993 when I was 8, so 20 years ago. Thanks for stopping by and I had no doubt that kale would be part of your diet.. you Californians were always ahead of the curve. Keep in touch.
