Well I’m in week two of kale heaven after discovering that Joël had indeed planted a summer crop.
Heaven as in, kale morning smoothies, kale salad at lunch and kale salad for dinner. We are one big happy kale family out here in the 17ème.
I also am so excited that one of the project’s supporters shared her photos with the kale she bought from Joël this past Saturday.
Split pea and kale soup.
Vegetable kale pasta with cashew dressing.
Kale and rice salad with tamari dressing.
Banana blueberry kale smoothie.
Thank you Elodie for sharing your Paris kale creations!
Did you get to Joël’s stand at all last week or this week? Share your photos on our Facebook page.
If you haven’t been to his stand yet, check it out tomorrow and Saturday. Let him know that you are a supporter of The Kale Project and to keep growing it.
